How we make them
Small batches, in a commercial kitchen in the Ottawa region. A batch is cooked, set, cut and packed the same week it is sold. There is no warehouse holding last quarter’s production.
Nine ingredients, and the whole list is printed on the front of this site. The collagen comes from chicken feet and knuckles — the parts that actually carry it. Everything after that is there to hold the gummy together or keep it safe on the way to you.
Why we say no to some postal codes
These are fresh treats. In Ottawa and Gatineau we deliver them ourselves. To the rest of Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island we ship insulated, with gel packs, two days in transit — which is why there is a four-pouch minimum there: below that the cold pack costs more than the order is worth.
Everywhere else, the honest answer today is not yet. A shelf-stable version is in development; until it exists we would rather turn an order down than send you something warm.
