What we sell
Treats for dogs, for intermittent or supplemental use. They are not food, not medicine, and not a substitute for veterinary care. If your dog is unwell, or is on medication, ask your vet before adding anything new to its diet.
Where we deliver
We deliver ourselves in Ottawa and Gatineau. We ship insulated, with a minimum order, to the rest of Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. We do not ship anywhere else, and the store will tell you so before you have a cart, not after.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars and include everything you pay. We do not charge GST or QST: Yuupi Pets Corp is a small supplier under the $30,000 threshold and is not registered for them. If that changes, the tax will appear as its own line at checkout and this page will say so before it does. Payment is taken at checkout.
If something is wrong with your order

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you are a consumer resident in Québec, nothing here takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act.
